If you can't hear any sound, click on the video window—this will "activate" the window and the audio should start playing.

You can join the conversation by sending messages in the chat window. To send a message, enter your name and your message, then press the Enter key.

If you encounter technical issues:

- The stream is lagging: We recommend closing other browser windows and tabs, and pausing any ongoing downloads. If the connection still lags, try refreshing the page.
- There is an echo: Please make sure you have the webinar viewing page open in only one browser window or tab.
- The video doesn't start automatically: If the video doesn't start automatically, try refreshing the page.
