Purpose of the register
Personal data is processed for customer communications, other customer relationship maintenance, management and development, analysis, and compiling statistics. Customer data in the register can be used for direct advertising, distance selling, or other direct marketing, opinion and market research, or other comparable addressed deliveries by the data controller and other companies in the same group.

The processing of personal data is based on a customer relationship or other relevant connection.
Content of the register
The register may contain the following information: the data subject’s name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address, employer, and duties. Information about the data subject’s employer and/or organization with contact details, the data subject’s position, department, interests, marketing bans, job descriptions and roles within the organization, as well as customer usage history. Information about discussions with the data subject and customer feedback, completed online forms, registrations and participation in events, as well as newsletter subscriptions.
Regular sources of information
Personal data is collected from the data subject themselves as well as from information provided during registration for services and their use. Personal data may also be collected and existing data updated from the personal registers of partners.
Disclosure of information
Wooli Oy may disclose register information within the limits allowed and required by applicable law. Data may be transferred outside the EU or EEA within the limits set by personal data legislation. Data may also be disclosed to authorities in legally mandated cases.
Register security
The electronic customer register is protected by passwords, and access rights to the register are limited according to users’ work tasks at Wooli Oy and its subcontractors. Regular backups are made of the register.
Right of access, prohibition, and rectification
In accordance with Section 26 of the Personal Data Act, a data subject has the right to access information concerning them that is recorded in the register. The access request can also be made in person at the address above.
The data subject has the right to prohibit Wooli Oy from processing their data for direct advertising, distance selling or other marketing purposes, as well as for market or opinion research. The prohibition must be made in writing and addressed to the person responsible for registry matters.
